The Tidal Wave Swim Team is a member of the USA Swimming. The team works to help each swimmer develop confidence, ability, self-discipline and team play, all in a competitive aquatic environment. Our team of coaches strives to make each member achieve his/her potential and exposes them to the exciting world of team swimming.

TWST is open to all competitive swimmers ages 6 and older who swim at a Level 4, or above skill. Swimmers are expected to attend all practices, all dual meets, USS Snowflake Meet, League Championship, B&G Invitational and USS meets. Dedication, positive attitude and a willingness to put forth a consistent effort are required. All new swimmers must have tryouts.

Parents are required to volunteer in assisting the running of the swim meets held during the season. These activities help the Boys and Girls Club to maintain the “World Class” standards in programming which includes the Tidal Wave Swim Team. Parents serve as timers, marshals, and judges.

2009 Awards Dinner

Parents may visit swim team practices on the last day of each month only. Monthly coach/parent meetings are also conducted. Please note the schedule which will be posted on the TWST bulletin board. Also note, that a second child from the same family receives $20.00 off the team fee.
