Stroke
Development & Conditioning Club (Limit 15)
The focus of this exciting
club is to provide stroke development, conditioning and preparation for the
upcoming season. Club members will benefit from stroke clinics,
instructional videos, stretching and conditioning techniques. This club is
for competitive swimmers only who are already on a swim team or looking to
join one. (Space is limited)

This is for swimmers who are
interested in competitive swimming in the near feature and beginner
levels of swim team. |
This is for skilled swimmers
with swim team experience who would like to improve stroke mechanics and
conditioning. |

4 hours consisting of stroke
development, dry land, video, and lots of fun.
Fee: $100 (TWST Member)
$120 (Non-TWST Member) |
Includes the Half Day
schedule, plus computer class, game room, gym, arts & crafts, movie
time, and lots of fun.
